Origins

This device was created by Michael Preston in his lab with the help of cutting-edge tech from New World Technologies. Michael stole most of the materials he needed to build the device, a weapon intended to end the fight with his Russian foe before the conflict even began. The device was first put to use in New World Technology's Weapons Testing Facility, otherwise known as the "War Room" ubiquitously by employees.

Powers & Abilities

The device grants the user the capability to freeze time momentarily for everyone within a 100-yard radius. The device can last up to 3 minutes but will stall out early if halting the movement of very large and/or very fast-moving objects.

This item is classified as a Class IV, giving its wielder the ability to do conceivably unimaginable amounts of damage to an unknowing and completely frozen victim.

Limitations

The device in its base form can only last 3 minutes and will have little effect on large masses, speedsters, or targets that have resistance to time manipulation attacks. Note, this is only the beginning, as this item is upgradable.
